Weekly Workout!

1)  Stretch:    5 minutes

This is a CrossFit workout.  Please post your times on blog !

1) Box squats: 10 sets of 20 reps

2) Pushups: 10 sets of 10 reps

3) Kettlebell dead snatch: 10 sets of 10 snatches left and right hand

Total = 500 reps

  2. great one took 30 minutes. think we might have done too many squats, we did 80 .

    * 8 ounces low-fat vanilla yogurt
    * 2 tbsp ground flaxseed
    * 1 cup sliced fresh or frozen peaches
    * 1 to 2 tsps to taste honey
    Notes: The ground flaxseed in this mix attacks bad (LDL) cholesterol with fiber and lots of omega 3.

    * 1/2 cup light vanilla soy milk
    * 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
    * 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
    * 1/2 whole banana
    * 2 tbsp chopped almonds
    * 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
    Note: Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

    Nutrition: Calories: 308, Protein: 8g, Carbs: 55g, Fat: 8g, Sodium: 49mg, Fiber: 10g
